|Description||Circular, Red Cross, medal of etal, suspended from a red and white ribbon. Medal is dark gray color. Obverse of medal has enamel red cross at top and small shield in relief at bottom. Leaf design in relief on obverse and Serbian script below red enamel cross. Reverse-relief image of woman pouring water from pitcher into wounded soldier's mouth. Numerals / 1389 / below image. Ribbon is folded into diamond shape, is silk faille, having narrow red outer stripes, with a wide white center. Medal is joined to it with a jump ring. Verso of ribbon has a brass hook at top point and a brass eye tacked to bottom|
