Center is red enamel cross, bearing the gold letteris / C / B / H / 10 /. Back has initials M.B.S. (Molly B. Smith) and manufacturer's initials (unclear), possibly / S. B. Co. / Roch / N.Y./ Gold /. Bac,of pin has a short, hinged clasp and a revolving catch.
