Object Name Dress, Girl
Description Girl's white cotton dress; ankle length; decorated all over w/small dark brown/light brown images of cotton ball plants. Has slightly puffed sleeves w/4« long tapered cuffs. High, close fitting neckline w/simple band collar. Simple elastic waistband. Bodice: back opening w/8 brown buttons; interior lined w/white cotton; front has 3 or 4 loose pleats. Long, slightly flared skirt w/3 double-layered flounce at bottom.

Provenance Used by members of the Horseless Carriage Club of America, Tucson Chapter, during the 1950s-1980s as part of Living History Costumes. Harry Mann was charter member of club.
